Let x = measure of angle 1

3x = measure of angle 2

5x = measure of angle 3

Since the sum of the measures of the angles of a triangle is 180,

then x + 3x + 5x = 180

                  9x = 180

                     x = 20

3x = 3(20) = 60

5x = 5(20) = 100

Check:  20:60:100 = 1:3:5 and 20 + 60 + 100 = 180
