Wavelength of electromagnetic waves can be calculated using the equation c=fl where c is the speed of light, f is the frequency and l is the wavelength. Rearranging to make l the subject, plugging in 3.0x 10^9 Hz for frequency and 3 x 10^8 m/s for speed of light, yields a value of 0.1 metres.
