the side of the square is around 14mm




first, find the area of the rectangle :
[tex]12 \times 18 = 216[/tex]

if they have same area, so the area of the square is equal to 216mm^2


now find the square root of the area
[tex] \sqrt{216} = 14.69[/tex]
