The triangle with sides p, q, and s is a 45º-45º-90º triangle, so p = q and s = √2*p = √2*q.

The triangle with sides 12, r, and q is a 30º-60º-90º triangle, so r = 2*12 or r = 24 and q = 12√3.

Then p = 12√3 and s = √2*12√3 or s = 12√6.
