For 2 weeks.

In a week there are 7 days.

So for 2 weeks there are a total of 2*7 = 14 days.

So there would be 14 mornings

And if each morning he runs 50 minutes,

So for the 14 mornings = 14 * 50 = 700 minutes

700 minutes converting to hours = 700 / 60 = 11 hours  remainder of 40 minutes

So total time = 11 hours and 40 minutes

Hope this explains it.
